Under the principle that preventing human casualties is the top priority in safety management, the company has implemented thorough measures to prevent loss of life in the event of a fire. These include single-story workshop structures, installation of evacuation guidance lines and emergency lighting, and designation of priority evacuation zones.
Dangjin Mayor Oh Sunghwan stated, "Industrial accidents such as fires cause tremendous social and economic damage, so preventing them is not a cost but an investment. Based on today's safety inspection and management examples, we will actively promote industrial accident prevention policies and do our utmost to make Dangjin a safer city."
