Korea Investment & Securities Launches 7 Online-Only TRUE ON ELS Products

Korea Investment & Securities announced on the 21st that it will launch seven types of Equity-Linked Securities (ELS) products.

TRUE ON ELS 51 is an online-only step-down type product based on LG Chem and POSCO Holdings as underlying assets. It has a 3-year maturity with early redemption evaluations every 6 months. If the underlying assets are at or above 90% (6 months), 85% (12 months), 80% (18 months), 75% (24 months), 70% (30 months), and 65% (maturity) of the initial reference price, an annual return of 18.5% is paid and the product is redeemed.

TRUE ON ELS 53 is an online-only step-down type product based on Tesla and NVIDIA as underlying assets, with a 3-year maturity and early redemption evaluations every 4 months. If the underlying assets are at or above 85% (4, 8 months), 80% (12 months), 75% (16, 20, 24 months), 70% (28 months), 65% (32 months), and 50% (maturity) of the initial reference price, an annual return of 20.01% is paid and the product is redeemed.

For both products, even if the early redemption conditions are not met, if none of the underlying assets fall below 45% and 35% of the initial reference price during the investment period respectively, the agreed returns will be paid at maturity. However, if the decline exceeds these levels, losses ranging from 35% to 100% and 50% to 100% of the principal may occur respectively.

The subscription period for general individual investors is from October 21 to 25. According to the investor cooling-off system, there will be a cooling-off period from the 28th to the 29th, and investors can confirm their subscription intentions from the 30th until 10 a.m. on the 31st.

Meanwhile, to commemorate the launch of the 'TRUE ON T ELB' product, Korea Investment & Securities will hold an event from the 21st of this month to November 17.
