Gochang-gun to Hold 'Autumn Concert' at Flower Garden

Afternoon of 26th and November 2nd... Talent Donation by Local Musicians

Gochang-gun, Jeonbuk Province announced on the 21st that it will hold an 'Autumn Concert' at the Gochang Flower Garden in the afternoon on the 26th and November 2nd.

The concert will take place from 1 to 5 p.m., featuring various instruments harmonizing with flowers and autumn through the talent donations of local musicians playing fan flute, guitar, saxophone, ocarina, and more. On the 26th, attendees can enjoy a performance of electronic violin and electronic cello with soft and warm tones by violinist Byeon Jaehyun and cellist Byeon Jaehong.

The Flower Garden near Nodong Reservoir in Gochang-eup is in full bloom with purple Buddleja davidii that soothes the mind and body, as well as zinnias, cosmos, and chrysanthemums, attracting residents and tourists alike.

Sim Deokseop, the governor of Gochang-gun, said, "I hope the autumn concert held at the Gochang Flower Garden will help relieve the stress accumulated in daily life and emotionally enrich people through the positive feelings brought by flowers and music." He added, "We will do our best to establish Gochang as a healing cultural city."
