Hyosung Heavy Industries 'Dunsan Harrington Place Riverpark' Subscription Opens Today

Hyosung Heavy Industries Co., Ltd. is starting the official subscription schedule today for ‘Dunsan Harrington Place River Park,’ which is supplied in Seo-gu, Daejeon, after opening the model house on the 18th (Friday).


‘Dunsan Harrington Place River Park’ will begin special supply today, the 21st, followed by first-priority subscriptions on the 22nd (Tuesday) and second-priority subscriptions on the 23rd (Wednesday). The announcement of winners will be on October 29, and the official contract will be conducted over three days from November 11 to 13 (Monday to Wednesday).


This complex is a new apartment located in the Dunsan living area, which is the most preferred residential zone in Daejeon, and it is situated in an ultra-station area near Gapcheon Station on Daejeon Metro Line 1. The Yuseong Oncheon Station, just one stop away from Gapcheon Station, will have the Daejeon Metro Line 2 ‘Tram’ opening in 2028, providing an even more excellent transportation environment.


Visitors to the model house also praised the location of this complex. One visitor said, “There are not many new apartments in Dunsan-dong, so there were few houses to move to, but I heard there is a newly supplied apartment in the Dunsan living area right next to the subway station with a view, so I came to see it.” They added, “After seeing it in person, I am very satisfied not only with the location but also with the 35-story height and spacious parking, so I definitely plan to apply for the subscription.”


Dunsan Harrington Place River Park boasts an excellent educational environment, including Wolpyeong Elementary School within walking distance, as well as middle and high schools and the Dunsan academy district. It is also considered an optimal place for actual residence with abundant living convenience facilities such as NC Department Store, Galleria Department Store, and E-Mart.


Additionally, specialized designs such as pantries and dressing rooms maximize space utilization, and larger unit types are enhanced with terraces and auxiliary kitchens to increase completeness. The ample parking space of 1.65 cars per household (554 parking spaces for the apartments) is also one of the advantages that differentiate it from older complexes in the Dunsan living area.


The sale price is also set at a reasonable level. The exclusive 84㎡ type is supplied in the mid to high 600 million KRW range, and the 115㎡ type is priced in the mid-900 million KRW range. The penthouse type is also supplied at a competitive price, so fierce competition is expected.


A sales official said, “While the preference for the Dunsan living area is high within Daejeon, the supply of new apartments is insufficient, so many people are showing interest in the sale of Dunsan Harrington Place River Park.” They added, “As this complex offers unmatched height and a view of Gapcheon in the area, we expect good results in the subscription as well.”


Dunsan Harrington Place River Park is located in Wolpyeong-dong, Seo-gu, Daejeon Metropolitan City, and consists of three buildings ranging from four basement floors to a maximum of 35 floors above ground, with exclusive areas from 84 to 182㎡ and a total of 336 households. Move-in is scheduled for March 2028.


The model house is located in Bongmyeong-dong, Yuseong-gu, Daejeon Metropolitan City.
