On the 21st, at the Supreme Council meeting held at the National Assembly, Leader Han said, "The People Power Party will not be swayed or deceived by the words of such political brokers." He added, "We will make it so that supporting the People Power Party is not something to be ashamed of," and emphasized, "We will do better. Through a party audit, we will take the strictest, most transparent, and necessary measures within the scope possible regarding this matter."

Regarding North Korea's de facto participation in the Russia-Ukraine war, Leader Han criticized, "It is a very wrong judgment, and it is very clear what they are aiming for there." He continued, "It seems like they are trying to seek some kind of benefit at the end of the war, but it is a shallow idea." He added, "The defense capabilities of the Republic of Korea and the industrial achievements of K-Defense are not just for show," and said, "The Yoon Seok-yeol administration's policies on national defense and diplomatic security are very firm and strict. We will actively support our government's policies and prioritize the safety of the people in all policies."

Regarding the loss in Gokseong, Jeollanam-do on the 18th, he said, "After the by-elections, I visited Honam first," and added, "We fielded candidate Choi Bong-ui in Gokseong and worked hard, but he received 549 votes. We highly value the hearts of these 549 people and will not give up here but will pursue politics for the people as a nationwide party."

Leader Han then addressed the issue of the vacant Constitutional Court Justice position, saying, "The Democratic Party of Korea is using bulletproof and political dispute logic even in forming the Constitutional Court," and criticized, "Is the only thing they can gain by ignoring the spirit of the constitution to prevent punishment related to the party leader's criminal charges? Normal politics cannot be conducted in such a way." Typically, Constitutional Court Justices are recommended one each by the ruling and opposition parties, with the other one recommended by mutual agreement. The People Power Party holds the position that the Democratic Party is trying to take even the mutually agreed recommendation slot.
