Model houses are scheduled to open at five locations including 'Hillstate Pyeongtaek Station Central City' in Hapjeong-dong, Pyeongtaek-si, Gyeonggi, 'Osan Segyo Woomeerin Central City' in Tap-dong, Osan-si, Gyeonggi, and 'Cheonan I-Park City' in Seongseong-dong, Cheonan-si, Chungnam.
Hillstate Pyeongtaek Station Central City is an apartment supplied by Hyundai Engineering & Construction through the reconstruction of Hapjeong Jugong Apartments at Hapjeong-dong 835, consisting of 14 buildings from 3 basement floors to 35 floors above ground, totaling 1,918 households. Among them, 599 households with exclusive areas of 45 to 112㎡ will be offered for general sale. Within a 1 km radius from the center of the complex are Pyeongtaek Station, where Subway Line 1, Gyeongbu Line, and Honam Line stop, Pyeongtaek Express Bus Terminal, and Intercity Bus Terminal.
