On the 18th (local time), the Strategic Communication and Information Security Center (SPRAVDI) of the Ukrainian military posted a video on their social media account X (formerly Twitter), claiming to have obtained footage of North Korean soldiers receiving Russian military equipment at the "Sergiyevsky Training Center."

The 27-second video shows East Asian soldiers lined up receiving various items from Western soldiers. Voices with a North Korean accent can be heard saying phrases like "Don't cross over" and "Come out, hey."

SPRAVDI stated that less than 72 hours have passed since obtaining the video and explained that the North Korean soldiers in the footage are preparing at the Sergiyevsky Training Center in Primorsky Krai for deployment to Ukraine.

However, it has not been objectively verified whether the East Asian individuals in the video are indeed North Korean soldiers.

The pro-Russian Telegram channel Parafax released a video showing deployed North Korean soldiers training in Russia, with footage of soldiers entering a military base in a line. The video includes voices seemingly shouting "Let's go together."

The U.S. media outlet Radio Free Asia (RFA) reported that the military uniform worn by the soldier who filmed the video bears the insignia of a unit from the Eastern Military District of Russia, and experts suggest that the filming location also appears to be the Sergiyevsky Training Center in Primorsky Krai.
