The Goyang Industry Promotion Agency (Director Han Dong-gyun) announced on the 18th that it is recruiting new tenant companies for corporate residency facilities until November 1st for companies in the advanced industry sector.

The eligible tenants are companies (including individual business owners) and prospective entrepreneurs in advanced industries such as broadcasting and video, smart content, bio, software (S/W), and information technology (IT).

The final selected companies will be housed in four corporate residency facilities within the Bitmaru Broadcasting Support Center in Janghang-dong.

Resident companies can use the facilities at rental rates lower than the surrounding market prices and will be provided with additional amenities such as internet and heating/cooling systems.

Applications can be submitted by downloading the application form from the Promotion Agency's website, filling it out, and sending it along with the required documents via email by 4 p.m. on November 1st.

The final tenant companies will be selected through document screening and presentation evaluation, and move-in will be possible by December this year. Detailed information can be found on the Goyang Industry Promotion Agency website.
