Lee Hyun-jae Mayor "Discovering Quality Jobs... Providing Customized Job Information through Collaboration with Related Organizations"
Hanam City, Gyeonggi Province (Mayor Lee Hyun-jae) announced on the 18th that it will hold the "2024 Job Fair" at the 2nd Gymnasium of Hanam Sports Complex on the 22nd to support job matching between companies and job seekers.
This job fair plans to hire about 360 people with the participation of a total of 43 companies (21 direct hires, 22 indirect hires) following Hanam City's active efforts to discover quality jobs.
Included are six large companies (including public enterprises) such as Lotte Medical Foundation Hanam Bobath Hospital, scheduled to open in Pungsan-dong, Hanam City in December this year, Costco, and Sesco Co., Ltd., four mid-sized companies, three commendable small and medium enterprises, and five strong small businesses.
Seven companies located near Hanam City, including Seoul and Gyeonggi Province, are participating in this fair, expected to help job seekers choose quality jobs they desire.
At the recruitment hall, 21 companies conducting direct hiring will accept documents and conduct interviews on-site on the day of the fair. The remaining 22 companies will participate through indirect hiring by proxy resume submission.
On the day, the Hanam Job Center will provide a service to receive job seekers' application documents at the indirect hiring booths and deliver them to companies.
Job seekers wishing to participate in the job fair can contact the Hanam Job Center by the 21st to select their desired companies and apply for interviews or visit the site on the day to register.
Detailed recruitment information such as job fields, duties, and qualification requirements of companies can be found on the city hall website.
Additionally, the Hanam Job Center, Hanam Employment Welfare Plus Center, Hanam Youth Support Center, Hanam Disabled Welfare Center, Korean Senior Citizens Association, Smile Microfinance, and Korea Inclusive Finance Agency participating in this job fair will engage in job matching for citizens preparing for employment. They will also operate promotional booths related to overseas employment and inclusive finance to provide customized employment information.
Furthermore, at the side event hall, unique events for job seekers such as ▲resume photo shooting ▲resume consulting ▲fingerprint aptitude test ▲employment tarot ▲stress counseling will be held.
Mayor Lee Hyun-jae emphasized, "I hope citizens seeking jobs will participate in this fair to enjoy the joy of employment and obtain various customized employment information," adding, "Hanam City will continue to make every effort to attract companies actively and discover excellent companies to create quality jobs so that citizens can succeed in employment."
