The exhibition space, designed with a modern museum concept, covered a total area of 120㎡ and featured a variety of products including a 34-inch display with 6K-class resolution, a 13.4-inch round OLED, the Flex S™ which can be folded twice both inside and outside, the Flex G™ which can be folded twice inward, and the 17.3-inch Flex Note Extendable that combines both foldable and slidable technologies.
In particular, the 34-inch display is a wide display that achieves a high resolution of 6K (with more than 6,000 horizontal pixels), delivering both sophisticated design and clear image quality.
Finali Mondiali is known as the dream festival for Ferrari owners worldwide and is the largest customer invitation event held annually by Ferrari. Especially, the event attracts global motorsport fans as it coincides with the final round of the 'Ferrari Challenge,' a 'one-make race' in which Ferrari owners participate directly.
Choi Yong-seok, Executive Vice President of Sales at Samsung Display, said, "We are truly pleased to showcase the technology and excellence of Samsung OLED at an event attended by Ferrari customers," adding, "Through continuous technological cooperation with the luxury supercar brand Ferrari, we will present differentiated display solutions that lead the market in terms of image quality and design."
Meanwhile, Samsung Display and Ferrari signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for technological cooperation in April last year.
