Hyundai Motor Company announced on the 18th that it will accelerate the recruitment of technical talent to speed up the development of next-generation batteries, including all-solid-state batteries.
The newly hired personnel will work at Hyundai Motor's Uiwang Research Center, where next-generation batteries are researched. The tasks to be performed by battery technology personnel include ▲battery sample production and quality control ▲maintenance and repair of development equipment ▲management of materials and components.
Applicants must have graduated from high school or higher, with no restrictions on age or gender. Detailed requirements can be found on Hyundai Motor's technical personnel recruitment website.
Application submissions will be accepted for a total of 14 days, from 9 a.m. on the day of the announcement until 5 p.m. on the 31st, with the announcement of successful candidates scheduled for November.
For successful applicants, an aptitude test will be conducted within November, followed by the first interview in December, and the final interview and medical examination in January next year. The final successful candidates will be announced in February next year.
A Hyundai Motor official stated, "We plan to develop technical capabilities covering the entire battery field, from stable material procurement to battery design and management enhancement, and next-generation battery development," adding, "We hope that many talents who want to participate in the advancement of battery technology, a core area of future mobility, will show great interest in this technical personnel recruitment."
