Naver Cloud announced on the 18th the launch of 'Naver Works Clova Note,' the enterprise version of the AI technology-based meeting minutes management service 'Clova Note.'

Naver Works Clova Note has significantly enhanced security features, which are the most important for corporate users. It features a login system using corporate email addresses and provides strengthened security functions such as two-factor authentication, access IP range restrictions, and device access control.

Custom features tailored to individual corporate environments have also been introduced. Companies can register industry-specific terminology and unique corporate proper nouns as 'frequently used words' to utilize AI models specialized for each company. Using the address book function, members can easily share and manage audio recordings for work purposes. The service is available on both mobile and web platforms and synchronizes in real time.

Naver Cloud plans to expand integration between the enterprise Clova Note and the collaboration tool Naver Works. Various convenience features for collaboration will be added, and AI functions such as emotion recognition, automatic speaker identification, and simultaneous multilingual recognition will be further advanced.

To commemorate the launch of Naver Works Clova Note, Naver Cloud will run a promotion from the 18th until January 31 of next year. Companies that sign paid contracts during this period will receive double the transcription time until February 28 of next year.
