BBQ, Supervisor and Marketing Positions Open for 2024 New Employee Recruitment

Chicken franchise Genesis BBQ Group announced on the 18th that it will conduct open recruitment for new employees in 2024 until the 29th.

Since last year, BBQ has declared a 'New Talent Management' initiative to nurture young and innovative talents, significantly raising the annual salary for new college graduate employees (based on field positions such as supervisors and store development) from 34 million KRW to 45.4 million KRW, the highest in the industry. A BBQ representative evaluated, "The salary increase led to an explosive number of over 2,500 applicants last year, creating a great impact."

Genesis BBQ Group held a recruitment briefing session for university students ahead of the 2024 new employee open recruitment.

BBQ's open recruitment for new employees will continue until the 29th. The recruitment fields include ▲Supervisor (SV) ▲Store Development (Franchise Sales) ▲Strategic Planning ▲Marketing ▲Market Sensing ▲Product Development (Menu Development) ▲Global (Management of Expansion Countries) ▲Directly Operated Stores, totaling eight areas. The hiring process will go through document screening, artificial intelligence (AI) competency tests, practical interviews, executive interviews, and training admission evaluations before announcing the final successful candidates.

Prior to this, BBQ held job fairs and recruitment briefings targeting universities in the Chungcheong and Yeonghonam regions last month. Starting with Chungnam National University, they met students from a total of six universities to share the company vision, job roles, and recruitment processes.

A BBQ representative said, "As the saying goes, personnel is everything.
