From the afternoon, strong winds will blow in most parts of the country.
The rain will start in Jeju Island and expand to most areas nationwide by the morning.
The expected rainfall from the 18th to the 19th is 20 to 60 mm (with some areas exceeding 80 mm) in Seoul, Incheon, Gyeonggi, the five western islands, inland Gangwon, Daejeon, Sejong, Chungnam, and Chungbuk; 50 to 100 mm (with some areas exceeding 120 mm) in the eastern coast and mountainous areas of Gangwon.
Gwangju, Jeonnam, and Jeonbuk will receive 10 to 60 mm (with some areas in the southeastern coast of Jeonnam exceeding 80 mm); Busan, Ulsan, the southern coast of Gyeongnam, northern Gyeongbuk, Ulleungdo, and Dokdo will see 30 to 80 mm (with some areas in Busan and the southern coast of Gyeongnam exceeding 100 mm); Daegu, southern Gyeongbuk, and inland Gyeongnam are forecasted to have 10 to 50 mm of rain.
In areas where rain falls, there will be strong rain accompanied by gusts and thunder/lightning, with hourly rainfall of 20 to 30 mm (30 to 50 mm in the southern coast of Gyeongnam).
The morning low temperatures are forecasted to be between 12 and 21 degrees Celsius, and the daytime highs between 18 and 26 degrees Celsius.
Fine dust levels will be 'Good' across all regions due to smooth atmospheric dispersion and the influence of precipitation.
There will be gusts and thunder/lightning in most maritime areas, and sea fog is expected in the West Sea and South Sea, so caution is advised for maritime safety accidents.
Sea waves will be 0.5 to 3.5 meters in the East Sea nearshore, 0.5 to 2.0 meters in the West Sea nearshore, and 0.5 to 1.5 meters in the South Sea nearshore.
Wave heights in the offshore waters (about 200 km from the coastline) are predicted to be 0.5 to 3.5 meters in the East and West Seas, and 1.0 to 2.5 meters in the South Sea.
