Exchange, CIS, Not Designated as an Unfaithful Disclosure Corporation

The Korea Exchange KOSDAQ Market Headquarters announced on the 17th that it has decided to defer the designation of CIS as a non-compliant disclosure corporation related to the reversal of a single sales supply contract and other disclosure reversals.

The Exchange stated, "Although the company was assigned a penalty score of 1.0 point, the designation as a non-compliant disclosure corporation will be deferred on the condition that it will not be pre-announced as such for six months."
