Agreement at Busan National University on the 17th for Collaborative Vibrant Campus Life
The Student Affairs Office of Pusan National University (Director Lee Chang-geun) and the Geumjeong-gu Mental Health Welfare Center (Director Choi Sook-hee) signed a memorandum of understanding on the afternoon of the 17th at the Student Affairs Director's Office on the 2nd floor of the Pusan National University Main Administration Building.
This memorandum of understanding was promoted to enhance the mental health of Pusan National University students through ▲ exchange of opinions and information for mutual development of the two institutions ▲ joint planning and implementation of projects ▲ personnel exchange and support as needed ▲ development of mutual interests and promotion and cooperation of various projects.
The Student Affairs Office of Pusan National University has been working with the campus-affiliated Hyowon Counseling Center to establish policies related to the mental health promotion of enrolled students and campus members and to respond to current issues. Through this memorandum of understanding with the Geumjeong-gu Mental Health Welfare Center, it is expected that mental health promotion activities for enrolled students can be expanded more broadly and comprehensively.
Lee Chang-geun, Director of the Student Affairs Office at Pusan National University, stated, “We will actively support and cooperate so that our students, who are the future of our university, can grow happily as healthy members of society,” adding, “We will make further efforts for the healthy minds and vibrant university life of our students.”
Choi Sook-hee, Director of the Geumjeong-gu Mental Health Welfare Center, also promised, “Taking this memorandum of understanding as an opportunity, the two institutions will maintain continuous mutual exchange through responding to current issues and steady research to promote the mental health of Pusan National University students.”
