Exchange Does Not Designate Solux as an Unfaithful Disclosure Corporation

The Korea Exchange KOSDAQ Market Headquarters announced on the 17th that it has decided to defer the designation of Solux as an unfaithful disclosure corporation related to the delay in the execution of a stock pledge contract involving a change of the largest shareholder.

The Exchange stated, "Although the penalty points imposed on the company amount to 6.0 points, the designation as an unfaithful disclosure corporation will be deferred on the condition that the company will not be designated as such for six months."
