Hyosung Heavy Industries Co., Ltd. will open the model house for "Dunsan Harrington Place River Park" in Seo-gu, Daejeon, on the 18th, officially beginning sales.


Dunsan Harrington Place River Park will be built in Wolpyeong-dong, Seo-gu, with 3 buildings ranging from 4 basement levels to 35 above-ground floors, offering 336 units in total with exclusive areas of 84 to 182 square meters.


The number of units by type is as follows: 183 units of 84㎡A, 61 units of 84㎡B, 87 units of 115㎡, 2 units of 142㎡A, 2 units of 142㎡B, and 1 unit of 182㎡.


Special subscriptions will begin on the 21st, followed by first-priority applications on the 22nd and second-priority applications on the 23rd. Winners will be announced on the 29th, and the official contract period will run for three days from November 11th to 13th.


Residents of Daejeon, Sejong, and Chungnam who are over 19 years old and have held a subscription savings account for at least six months can apply for first-priority, regardless of home ownership or household status. In addition, since the resale restriction period is only six months, resale is possible before the first interim payment.


The complex is located at Gapcheon Station on Daejeon Subway Line 1, allowing access to City Hall Station and Government Complex Station in the Dunsan area within 10 minutes. Additionally, Yuseong Oncheon Station, just one stop away, is set to become a stop on Daejeon Subway Line 2 (tram), which is scheduled to open in 2028, further improving transportation options.


In addition, the eco-friendly Gapcheon stream, a landmark of Daejeon, is located right in front of the complex, providing a pleasant residential environment. Wolpyeong Elementary School is within walking distance, and nearby middle and high schools as well as the Dunsan academy district are also close by.
