Shindongah Construction will launch sales of ‘Geomdan New Town Familier Eliph’ next month in Geomdan New Town, Seo-gu, Incheon.
Geomdan New Town Familier Eliph will be developed on block AA32 of Geomdan New Town, Seo-gu, Incheon (around 398-2, Majon-dong). It consists of 11 buildings ranging from 3 basement floors to 15 above-ground floors, with a total of 669 households sized between 64 and 110 square meters.
The complex offers four types of units ranging from small to large sizes. The number of households by area is △64㎡ exclusive use: 213 units △84㎡: 255 units △98㎡: 193 units △110㎡: 8 units. Among the total households, 30% (201 units) are mid-to-large sized units exceeding 85㎡, which are rare in Geomdan New Town. Some units are designed as duplex terraces and penthouses.
Geomdan New Town Familier Eliph is adjacent to the Geomdan New Town Special Planning Zone and is subject to the price ceiling system, which is a distinctive feature.
