Prime School District and Public School District Locations, 669 Units of Exclusive 64~110㎡

Geomdan New Town Familier Eliph will be developed on block AA32 of Geomdan New Town, Seo-gu, Incheon (around 398-2, Majon-dong). It consists of 11 buildings ranging from 3 basement floors to 15 above-ground floors, with a total of 669 households sized between 64 and 110 square meters.


The complex offers four types of units ranging from small to large sizes. The number of households by area is △64㎡ exclusive use: 213 units △84㎡: 255 units △98㎡: 193 units △110㎡: 8 units. Among the total households, 30% (201 units) are mid-to-large sized units exceeding 85㎡, which are rare in Geomdan New Town. Some units are designed as duplex terraces and penthouses.


Geomdan New Town Familier Eliph is adjacent to the Geomdan New Town Special Planning Zone and is subject to the price ceiling system, which is a distinctive feature. It is close to the Human Energy Town, being developed as an energy self-sufficient pilot complex among the five special planning zones in Geomdan New Town, and the Canal Complex, which is being developed as a waterfront commercial specialized street. Special planning zones refer to areas separately designated and managed within district unit plans that require creative development plans. This promises differentiated residential value even within Geomdan New Town.


The complex also benefits from transportation advantages. Near the complex, the extension of Incheon Subway Line 1, ‘Geomdan Hosu Park Station,’ is under development with a target opening in May next year. The GTX-D line is also planned, which will allow travel to Gangnam within 30 minutes once opened. It is also conveniently close to Majon Station on Incheon Subway Line 2. Currently, the extension project connecting Geomdan New Town to Goyang City on Incheon Subway Line 2 is underway.


An elementary school and kindergarten are planned right in front of the complex. With a safe school commute environment, high interest from parents is expected. A school district will be developed centered around nearby commercial areas. The apartment embraces parks, with a planned waterfront park in front of the complex and surrounded by multiple planned neighborhood parks. Various interconnected community facilities harmonizing education and nature with the apartment will also be established.


Geomdan New Town Familier Eliph is a complex supplied through a special design competition and is designed with the concept of ‘Evergreen’ to create a differentiated space. It will be built as a future-oriented green residential space featuring a community platform for revitalizing the community and a smart zero-energy apartment.
