Reflecting consumers' interest in blood sugar management and health needs, KGC Ginseng Corporation plans to launch a specialized blood sugar care brand within this month and release products for blood sugar management as well as products that simultaneously manage blood sugar and body fat.

Through preclinical and clinical trials, KGC Ginseng Corporation has revealed that consuming red ginseng reduces not only fasting blood sugar but also postprandial blood sugar and glycated hemoglobin. In particular, it scientifically demonstrated blood sugar regulation through various indicators such as increased GLP-1 (a hormone involved in blood sugar regulation and appetite suppression), insulin resistance improvement, and glucose metabolism control.
