Hanmi Pharmaceutical's Compound Suspension Suppository, the only domestic suppository antipyretic useful for children and elderly patients who cannot swallow antipyretics, will be supplied again.

Hanmi Pharmaceutical announced on the 16th that it recently signed a contract with HLB Pharmaceutical, HLB Je-yak, the only domestic suppository manufacturing contractor, to supply the Compound Suspension Suppository, whose production had been halted since June.
The company stated that the resumption of supply was largely due to the decision of Song Young-sook, Chairwoman of Hanmi Pharmaceutical Group. Chairwoman Song said, "The Compound Suspension Suppository is essential for patients who have difficulty swallowing antipyretics orally," and instructed, "Do not think about making a large profit, but find a way to resume production," which initiated the review for resuming supply. The Compound Suspension Suppository is expected to be distributed again nationwide through pharmacies within this year.
