Remember, which started as a business card management app and evolved into a recruitment platform, is changing its company name to Remember&Company. Marking its turnaround to profitability this year, it plans to actively expand its 'business network service' that connects companies and individuals.


On the 16th, Remember held a media day at its headquarters located in Gangnam-gu, Seoul, to share its business achievements.

Remember achieved cumulative sales of 50 billion KRW up to the third quarter this year. Since starting full-scale monetization in the first quarter of 2022, sales have increased every quarter, achieving a tenfold growth in revenue over two and a half years. It is expected to turn profitable on an annual basis this year.


After securing working professional members, Remember has attempted various monetization strategies. The business is developed around two pillars: the 'recruitment solution' that helps companies hire talent and the 'sales & marketing solution' that creates business opportunities.


Having established its revenue model, Remember plans to expand its business for enterprises comprehensively. The business blueprint was presented as a 'business network service.' Under the mission of 'connecting working people and opportunities to lead to success,' it aims to actively link opportunities needed by individuals and companies.


For individuals, it supports growth and success across career life cycles including job seekers, employees, seniors, and retirees. It also accelerates the digital transformation of recruitment systems using artificial intelligence (AI). By simply inputting the job description, the 'AI recruitment assistant' recommends suitable candidates. ChatGPT writes and sends messages necessary for recruitment. AI is also applied to the 'headhunting' industry, which traditionally relied on word-of-mouth recruitment. Choi Jae-ho, CEO of Remember&Company, emphasized, "The differentiator is applying AI even to the analog-operated headhunting market."


For companies, it plans to continuously expand solutions that create business opportunities and improve productivity. CEO Choi said, "After 10 years, we have entered a new chapter," adding, "We will further solidify our goal as a customer-centric company."


On this day, CEO Choi announced that the original company name 'Drama&Company,' given at the time of founding, has been changed to 'Remember&Company.' He explained, "With the company’s growth accelerating, we wanted to change the company name and declare a new leap forward," and added, "Based on confidence in Remember’s service and market innovation, we placed the service name prominently."
