In the released closed-circuit television (CCTV) footage, safety cones are set up in the two lanes, and Mr. B is seen running on the road. Suddenly, a passenger car turns and enters the controlled inner lane, directly hitting Mr. B, who was running ahead. Mr. B fell backward from the impact and was unable to get up, clutching his ankle and leg. At the time, the first and second lanes of the three-lane road were closed to vehicle traffic due to the race.
