Daiso, which will be the first tenant company in the ‘Eunnam Industrial Complex,’ is a leading Korean household goods distribution company operating over 1,500 stores nationwide and two logistics hub centers.
In particular, it recorded sales of 3.4604 trillion KRW in 2023, joining the so-called ‘3 trillion club,’ securing a dominant position in the essential household goods market.

Through this agreement, Daiso will receive an exclusive contract for industrial facility land Block 11, measuring 111,600㎡ within the Eunnam Industrial Complex, and the parties pledged mutual cooperation to ensure Daiso’s timely move-in and local employment creation within the complex.
The city explained that Daiso plans to invest 500 billion KRW to establish the ‘Yangju Hub Center,’ a four-story building with a total floor area of 173,421㎡ (approximately 52,460 pyeong), which will expand its business scope by securing stable logistics infrastructure and innovating logistics.
The Yangju Hub Center is scheduled to begin construction in 2026 and be completed in 2028, expected to create 800 jobs (including 10% employment for persons with disabilities) and generate synergy effects among related industries, significantly contributing to regional economic revitalization.
Additionally, the city plans to start industrial complex land sales in phases from 2025, beginning with Daiso’s completion of the purchase contract within this year, and will strengthen corporate investment attraction, promotion, and marketing to attract excellent companies.
