President Yoon expressed regret, saying, "It is unfortunate that many residents suffered damage to their homes and crops due to the sudden heavy rains at the end of September." He then urged ministers of related departments such as the Ministry of the Interior and Safety and the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs, saying, "Since there is significant damage to crops, please promptly provide support to the affected farmers, and carefully manage direct and indirect assistance such as restoration of roads, houses, and other facilities, as well as various fee reductions."

President Yoon also emphasized, "Due to abnormal climate conditions, there is a possibility of heavy rains in October as well, so disaster safety authorities should remain vigilant until the end and take thorough measures to prevent any additional damage."
