"Advancing AI-Based Advertiser and Creator Brokerage Service"
The early-stage startup-focused investment firm The Ventures announced on the 15th that BYAHT Inc., the startup operating Glow.B, an AI-based creator financial solution in which it initially invested, has been selected for the TIPS program, a technology startup support program by the Ministry of SMEs and Startups.
Since investing in BYAHT in June, The Ventures has continued to provide follow-up support for TIPS selection. With this TIPS selection, BYAHT plans to secure up to 500 million KRW in research and development funds and accelerate the development of its AI-based creator financial solution. Additionally, it plans to actively pursue global expansion through support for commercialization funds worth 200 million KRW and overseas marketing funds.
BYAHT connects advertisers and creators through its self-developed Glow.B platform. It utilizes AI to analyze creators' advertising performance and social networking service (SNS) data, evaluating practical financial value based on sales data. Unlike traditional evaluation methods that rely on subscriber counts and view counts, it accurately determines the creator's value based on advertising revenue and frequency of profit participation.
Recognized for this innovation, BYAHT won the grand prize, the Financial Services Commission Chairman's Award, at the 7th Fintech Idea Contest hosted by the Financial Services Commission, and was also selected for exhibition support at Eureka Park of CES 2025, the world's largest electronics and IT exhibition.
BYAHT, a born-to-be global startup, has successfully completed over 1,000 collaborations during its beta service period in the Southeast Asian market, including Vietnam, increasing its potential for successful entry not only in the domestic market but also globally.
Kim Dong-gyu, CEO of BYAHT, said, "We are very pleased to further develop BYAHT's technological capabilities and provide more sophisticated financial services to creators through this TIPS selection," adding, "Through Glow.B, we will do our best to enable more global creators to accurately assess their value and enjoy various financial benefits."
Kim Cheol-woo, CEO of The Ventures, stated, "This year, all startups supported by The Ventures for TIPS selection, including 17 general TIPS and 2 deep-tech companies, have been 100% selected for TIPS," and added, "Through this TIPS selection, BYAHT plans to further advance its AI technology and strengthen its position as a global financial service."
