Professor Park Jiweon’s Team from Korea University of Technology and Education Wins Best Paper Award at the Academy of Human Resource Development

Korea University of Technology and Education announced on the 14th that Professor Park Jiweon and Dr. Han Jiyeong from the Graduate School of Technological Human Resource Development recently received the Best Paper Award at the Asian AHRD Conference.

The AHRD (Academy of Human Resource Development) Conference, the world's largest academic society for human resource development, holds conferences annually in the United States, Europe, and Asia.

The award-winning paper was highly praised for revealing the process by which transformational leadership promotes informal learning and positive psychological capital, thereby facilitating learning transfer.

Professor Park said, "I am pleased that the academic value of our in-depth analysis on the learning and leadership of graduate students and researchers in science and engineering has been recognized," adding, "This research presents a new role for leadership in the changing technological environment and provides implications that can bring about practical changes in science and engineering education and research."
