“Daejeon Leve Switzen,” where various infrastructures such as education, culture, lifestyle, and medical facilities are concentrated in Daejeon, offering an all-around premium experience, attracted great attention from prospective buyers as soon as its model house opened.
About 16,000 visitors flocked to the “Daejeon Leve Switzen” model house, which opened on the 11th (Friday) of this month, during the three-day opening weekend. Even before the model house opened, there was a long queue of people waiting to enter, and the interior was bustling with crowds around the scale models and units. The consultation desks were also crowded all day with prospective buyers checking subscription schedules and prices, demonstrating its popularity.
The main reason for the large crowd is the differentiated location conditions. “Daejeon Leve Switzen” is attracting attention as a complex where various infrastructures are concentrated, starting with excellent educational conditions with schools of all levels within walking distance, allowing residents to enjoy an “all-around premium.” Until now, new apartment supply in the area has been scarce, so interest in the excellent location conditions of the Daeheung-dong area was low, but this supply seems to have drawn significant attention both inside and outside the region.
In fact, the Daeheung-dong area is densely packed with various infrastructures beyond educational facilities. It is close to “Euneujeongi Cultural Street,” one of Daejeon’s representative commercial districts, and various commercial facilities such as Costco, Homeplus, NC Department Store, Jungang-ro Underground Shopping Center, and Jungang Market are concentrated nearby. Additionally, large medical facilities such as Catholic University Daejeon St. Mary’s Hospital and Chungnam National University Hospital are nearby, allowing residents to enjoy top-level medical infrastructure in the region, which is another key point.
Furthermore, differentiated product features also played a role. To broaden the choices for buyers, diverse floor plans were designed, and many specialized designs unique to the Switzen brand were applied. In addition, the complex layout is mainly south-facing to maximize sunlight rights, and a significant portion of the entire complex area is dedicated to landscaping, creating a pleasant residential environment.
The complex’s landscaping will be diversely developed, led by “Harvard Square,” a landscaping space symbolizing the complex’s strength of enjoying campus life, along with “Switzen Land Garden,” “Waterfall Garden,” and “Athletic Court” for each complex. Moreover, the community facilities will also be varied for each complex, including exercise facilities like “Switzen Gym,” reading and study spaces called “Switzen Library,” as well as G.X rooms, golf clubs, and kids’ lounges.
Meanwhile, “Daejeon Leve Switzen,” located in the Daeheung-dong area of Jung-gu, Daejeon Metropolitan City, consists of 11 buildings ranging from 3 basement floors to a maximum of 29 floors above ground, with a total of 1,278 households (Phase 1: 440 households, Phase 2: 838 households). Excluding union members and rental units, 870 households with exclusive areas of 59 to 110㎡ are available for general sale. The number of general sale units by exclusive area is as follows: Phase 1 has △59㎡ 277 households and △84㎡ 42 households; Phase 2 has △59㎡ 246 households, △84㎡ 280 households, and △110㎡ 25 households.
The subscription schedule starts with special supply on October 21 (Monday), followed by first priority on the 22nd (Tuesday), and second priority on the 23rd (Wednesday). The announcement of winners differs between phases, with Phase 1 on the 30th (Wednesday) and Phase 2 on the 29th (Tuesday), allowing overlapping subscriptions for Phases 1 and 2. The official contract period is four days from November 11 (Monday) to 14 (Thursday).
Subscriptions are open to household heads and members aged 19 or older residing in Daejeon Metropolitan City, Sejong Special Self-Governing City, and Chungcheongnam-do. Those who have held a subscription savings account for more than six months and meet the deposit requirements by region and area can apply for first priority subscription even if they already own a home. There are no restrictions on re-winning or residency obligations. The resale restriction period is six months from the announcement date of winners. To reduce the burden on buyers, a 5% down payment and a contract condition assurance system are also key points.
The model house of “Daejeon Leve Switzen” is located in the Daeheung-dong area of Jung-gu, Daejeon Metropolitan City, and move-in is scheduled for September 2027.
