A report prepared by the Ministry of Migration reportedly included claims from the two domestic workers that they were struggling due to overwork.

The two disappeared without returning to work after the Chuseok holiday last month and were caught on the 4th of this month at a lodging facility in Yeonje-gu, Busan. The Ministry of Justice has announced plans for their forced deportation.

According to Seoul City, currently, 98 Filipino domestic workers are working in 169 households within Seoul.
