Thirty-three partner companies that received safety management consulting support from S-Oil have obtained related certifications.
On the 11th, S-Oil held a certificate awarding ceremony with 10 partner companies that obtained certification after supporting the establishment consulting of the Safety and Health Management System (KOSHA-MS) at the Ulsan Onsan Plant this year. Since 2013, as part of a win-win cooperation project, the total number of partner companies that have obtained the certification through this support activity has reached 33.
KOSHA-MS is a safety and health management system certification developed by integrating the requirements of the Industrial Safety and Health Act with international standard frameworks and reflecting the recommendations of the International Labour Organization. The Korea Occupational Safety and Health Agency audits the mandatory safety and health requirements of workplaces and grants the certification. Last year, S-Oil became the first refining company to obtain the KOSHA-MS certification.
