Prime Minister Han emphasized, "In the public sector, we will mandate the calculation of seniority and wages for the mandatory service period through legal amendments, and in the private sector, we will promote a social atmosphere of respect to expand recognition of military service experience. We will also expand the 'Military Service Credit' system, which grants additional recognition of the national pension subscription period to military service members, from the current 6 months."

He also explained, "We will eliminate blind spots to ensure that no one is excluded from support policies for discharged veterans," and "We will increase the job transition support payments for those who were not eligible for the military pension because their service period did not reach 20 years." He added, "We will continue to expand incentives for companies that excel in employing discharged veterans to support their stable reintegration into society."

Prime Minister Han urged, "The Ministry of Patriots and Veterans Affairs and related ministries should make special efforts to guarantee the highest possible respect from the government with the attitude that the state will take full responsibility for discharged veterans until the end."
