Doongji, operated by Contacters Co., Ltd., announced on the 10th that it has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with HauBuild, a leading domestic architectural IT platform, to strengthen customized architectural and real estate management services for customers.
The signing ceremony took place at HauBuild's headquarters in Samseong-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, with representatives and staff from both companies attending to emphasize the significance of the collaboration.
The main content of this agreement is to provide HauBuild customers with Contacters' 'Doongji' services, including ▲personal asset management, ▲purchase and sale consulting, and ▲rental agency consulting, while conversely offering Contacters customers HauBuild's ▲architectural and remodeling project management (PM) services.
Through this, Contacters will establish a foundation to maximize customers' asset value and provide more efficient building management solutions. Additionally, by cooperating with HauBuild, customers are expected to receive optimal support for professional architectural and remodeling services.
Doongji of Contacters stated, "We expect this to have a positive impact on reducing management costs and enhancing asset value from the customer's perspective," adding, "We are accelerating platform development in line with the AI era to provide higher quality services."
HauBuild said, "Through this agreement, we will be able to offer customers not only high-quality building management services but also optimal solutions for customers considering facility management, sale, and leasing after new construction."
Meanwhile, Doongji of Contacters is a startup specializing in managing small and medium-sized buildings, recording 300% growth annually. Its excellent contract conversion rate and customer retention rate are strong evidence of the company's service quality. The company plans to expand into the Japanese and Vietnamese markets and also intends to sell its platform as Software as a Service (SaaS) in the United States.
