Yuwon International Korea Co., Ltd. announced that it will hold a Malaysia Investment Immigration Seminar on October 19 and 20 at the COEX Conference Room in Gangnam-gu, Seoul.
This seminar will provide in-depth information on Malaysia's overall living environment and educational environment, as well as the MM2H (Malaysia My Second Home) program and real estate investment, targeting parents considering retirement immigration and education in Malaysia and those interested in real estate investment.
In particular, the seminar will feature direct participation from the developer of the newly built downtown residence "The Conray." "The Conray" is located in the KLCC area in the heart of Kuala Lumpur, adjacent to world-class medical facilities, golf clubs, and urban subway stations, offering high living convenience. It boasts elegant design, services and amenities exclusively for a limited number of residents, and views of Kuala Lumpur’s skyline and the Royal Selangor Golf Club, which is reserved for royalty.
Additionally, it is a 5-minute drive to Malaysia Pavilion shopping mall, Royal Selangor Golf Club, and KLCC, and just a 2-minute walk to Conray MRT Station, making public transportation convenient. It is also located one MRT stop away from TRX, Asia’s new financial hub.
Information essential for investors in Malaysia will also be provided, including procedures for acquiring real estate in Malaysia, how to open local bank accounts, remittance and tax systems, all of which are crucial for stable settlement and successful investment activities in Malaysia.
Various options of the MM2H program will be explained in detail. Attendees can receive guidance on the conditions, advantages, and disadvantages of each option, including Silver, Gold, Platinum, Economic Zone MM2H, and East Malaysia MM2H.
Cho Hyun, CEO of Yuwon International, a Malaysia-specialized company, stated, "Kuala Lumpur is the economic center of Southeast Asia and offers a stable investment environment. In particular, Malaysia is sought after for retirement immigration and children’s education due to its safe and convenient living environment, British-style advanced education system, and affordable cost of living." He added, "We hope this seminar will be an opportunity to gain diverse information about immigration and investment in Malaysia."
The seminar will be held for two days on October 19 and 20 at COEX in Seoul. For more details, inquiries can be made through Yuwon International’s website and Kakao Channel.
