Hyundai Card Hosts Gourmet & Hotel Week Festival for Culinary Delights and Relaxation

Hyundai Card announced on the 10th that it will hold the gourmet festival 'Hyundai Card Gourmet Week 26' and the relaxation festival 'Hyundai Card Hotel Week 08.'

Hyundai Card Gourmet Week is the largest gourmet festival in Korea, where you can experience carefully selected premium restaurants at a 50% discount. It started in 2006 and is now in its 26th edition. This year, restaurants were selected reflecting various cuisine trends, and a fine dining lineup is also introduced. A total of 50 restaurants will participate in this event, held simultaneously in Seoul and Busan.

You can find famous restaurants from the recently spotlighted areas of Seongsu, Konkuk University Station, Songpa, and Gangdong in this event. These include 'Gihu,' offering seasonal health-boosting omakase (chef’s choice), 'Flavor Town,' a modern Asian restaurant with diverse menus, 'The White,' a classic French dining operated by the hygiene company CESCO, and 'Miyuki,' a pasta omakase specializing in fresh pasta.

In Seoul, 'Kojacha,' which earned one Michelin star for Korean-Chinese-Japanese fusion cuisine, 'Sio,' which crosses the boundaries of Japanese, Italian, and French using seasonal ingredients, and 'Collage,' Chef No Jin-sung’s new restaurant showcasing the essence of French cuisine, join Gourmet Week for the first time. Also featured are 'L’amant Secret' by Chef Son Jong-won, selected for four consecutive years with one Michelin star, the primal grilling specialty 'Robata Live Counter,' and the modern Sichuan tapas bar 'Red Moon.'

In Busan, 'Delibong,' offering a charcuterie (European cured meats) course, 'Osteria Eobu,' an Italian dining using local ingredients and seafood, and 'Lessons,' a French restaurant showcasing flavors matured through seasonal ingredients and fermentation, participate in Gourmet Week for the first time.

Hyundai Card Gourmet Week 26 will be held from the 25th to the 31st. It operates on a 100% advance reservation basis. Reservations are confirmed by selecting the restaurant, number of people, and visit time on the Hyundai Card application (app) and paying the reservation deposit. The reservation period is from 9 a.m. on the 16th until 11:59 p.m. on the 30th. Each member can participate once per day and up to seven times during the event period.

Hyundai Card also prepared Hyundai Card Hotel Week, offering a new relaxation experience in line with the 'staycation (stay + vacation)' trend. This hotel festival, which has provided premium domestic hotel package products at a 40% discount, started in 2018. Hyundai Card Hotel Week, held throughout next month, will feature a total of 23 premium hotels located in Seoul, Busan, Jeju, and Incheon.

In Seoul, 13 hotels including 'Grand Hyatt Seoul,' 'Four Seasons Hotel Seoul,' and 'Fairmont Ambassador Seoul' will participate. In Busan, four hotels including 'Grand Josun Busan' and 'Paradise Hotel Busan' will join. In Jeju, four hotels including 'Shilla Hotel Jeju' and 'Haevichi Hotel & Resort' will participate, and in Incheon, two hotels including 'Paradise City' and 'Art Paradiso' will take part.

Hyundai Card Hotel Week 08 can be used by checking the reservation methods and benefits for each hotel on the Hyundai Card app and making a reservation. Reservations can be made by phone or online, and the reservation method varies by hotel. In the Seoul and Incheon areas, one night per hotel can be used, while in other regions, up to two nights are possible. The reservation period is from the 23rd of this month until the 29th of next month.

Anyone holding a Hyundai Card premium card with an annual fee of 150,000 KRW or more can participate in Hyundai Card Gourmet Week 26 and Hyundai Card Hotel Week 08.
