The campaign is conducted in a relay format where participants nominate the next person. Mayor Baek Young-hyun of Pocheon City joined the campaign after being nominated by Kim Seong-je, mayor of Uiwang City, and he nominated Kim Deok-hyun, county governor of Yeoncheon, and Lee Byung-woo, chief of Pocheon Police Station, as the next participants.
