The event will begin at 1 PM with a "Visiting Marching Show" at the City Hall Plaza, followed by a "Street Parade" and "Marching Festival" centered around the Marine Park and Yi Sun-sin Square from 6 PM to 8:30 PM.

Performances by Thailand's "Sarasit Pitayalai Marching Band" and domestic groups such as "Marching Band Bisang," "Madline Marching Band," "Zigzag Marching Band," and "Korea Junior Big Band" are scheduled, along with special stages by the Army 31st Division Military Band and Yeosu Technical High School Wind Ensemble.

Additionally, from 2 PM to 8 PM, various side events under the theme "Meeting You and Me," including face painting and character drawing, will be held.

A city official stated, "We have left a deep impression on citizens and tourists by presenting wonderful wind music performances against the backdrop of the Yeosu night sea," adding, "This year as well, we will contribute to the development of domestic marching bands with high-quality performances that will elevate Yeosu's status."

Meanwhile, the Marching Festival is the only festival in Korea themed on marching, one of the country's three major wind music festivals. It started in 1998 as the "Yeosu Wind Music Festival" commemorating the integration of the three counties and expanded in 2010 to become the "Yeosu Marching Festival," growing into a representative cultural content of Yeosu.
