Mr. A and others are accused of unlawfully disclosing the identities of the perpetrators of the Miryang sexual assault case on their YouTube channel from June to August. The YouTube channel also revealed the restaurant operated by the family of the victim who was identified as a perpetrator, thereby disrupting their business operations.

They produced videos by collecting unverified tips and materials obtained through internet searches. During this process, many people unrelated to the Miryang sexual assault case were also found to have suffered damages. The police are continuing investigations into other YouTubers who have committed similar crimes.

A police official stated, "As significant harm occurs due to the reckless disclosure of personal information by so-called 'cyber wreckers' who spread unverified facts to attract attention, we urge caution and will do our best in the investigation."
