Yeoju City Dementia Safety Center, 'Come for a Memory Test~' BUS Campaign

Yeoju City Dementia Safety Center has been promoting early dementia screening and Dementia Safety Center projects using the "Gieokhao (Come for a memory test~) bus" since the 4th.

The Yeoju City Dementia Safety Center in Gyeonggi announced on the 7th that since the 4th, it has been conducting outreach early dementia screening and promoting the Dementia Safety Center projects using the 'Gieokhao (Come for a memory test~) bus.'

The operation of the 'Gieokhao bus' was initiated to widely promote dementia management projects to residents who were unaware of the Dementia Safety Center, aiming to enhance efficiency in early dementia detection, timely treatment, and customized case management projects. Starting from Jungang-dong, it will continue through Ohak-dong, Geumsa-myeon, Sanbuk-myeon, and other areas until December this year.

The campaign held in Jungang-dong promoted the Dementia Safety Center projects to visitors at the parking lot of Hanaro Mart Yeoju Nonghyup Main Branch through the 'Gieokhao bus,' and early dementia screening was conducted for visitors at the Jungang-dong Administrative Welfare Center.

A representative of the Yeoju City Dementia Safety Center stated, "We will continue to operate the 'Gieokhao bus' to help local residents detect dementia early and receive timely treatment, striving for a Yeoju City free from dementia worries."
