Innocean will join forces with these AI companies to build an integrated business solution squad that enables the use of AI solutions throughout the entire marketing process, including strategy, content, media, consulting, and platforms. They plan to collaborate on various upcoming projects and marketing areas.
According to Innocean, as AI has risen, many domestic and international companies have continued efforts to apply AI to their work aiming to improve performance. Among these, the methodology of 'building an integrated AI solution' that applies AI to all tasks with a single solution has been the trend. However, the structure of integrated solutions is complex, leading to frequent errors, lack of compatibility, and linkage errors, which prevent practical use.
To overcome this, the 'small start' methodology, which introduces AI in easily applicable small areas, is being proposed. Small start is a strategy to build AI starting from small and practical areas. Innocean also aims to secure AI capabilities and proactively respond with a small start strategy to increase the success rate of AI adoption. An Innocean official explained, "There is a growing trend to introduce AI in small areas to increase project success rates, rather than an omnipotent AI that handles all areas."
Innocean plans to lead practical AI work advancement by starting with effective small projects under the small start strategy. For example, partner companies responsible for planning propose AI strategies to Innocean, companies in charge of research discover AI insights, and production companies generate AI images and other content. The created materials are then used to build infrastructure that provides AI service bases by collaborating with platform companies or digital media companies.
Through the AI Alliance, Innocean aims to achieve tangible results through AI in its major business areas. An Innocean official stated, "We plan to actively listen to opinions on the functions and roles of AI solutions needed by each business division and discuss detailed projects."
Innocean CEO Lee Yong-woo said, "This AI Alliance is the cornerstone of the small start, and since the jointly developed solutions can be expanded globally, AI solutions that can have a ripple effect in the marketing market will emerge in the future," adding, "Innocean will transform into a company that provides solutions and consulting that can practically help client businesses in the AI era."
