The GS Construction consortium announced that the special supply subscription for ‘Bucheon Aterazai,’ supplied in the Bucheon Goean Public Housing District in Gyeonggi Province, will be held on the 7th (Monday).
‘Bucheon Aterazai’ will be developed in Goean-dong, Sosa-gu, Bucheon-si, Gyeonggi-do, consisting of two buildings with 2 basement floors and 20 above-ground floors, totaling 200 households with exclusive areas of 50 and 59㎡. Among these, the special supply allocation this time includes a total of 120 households, accounting for 60% of the total supply: △20 households for multi-child families △36 households for newlyweds △38 households for first-time homebuyers △6 households for elderly parent support △20 households recommended by institutions. The number of special supply households by exclusive area is △50㎡A 66 households △50㎡B 12 households △59㎡A 42 households.
Special supply subscriptions are only available to members of households without homes (only household heads without homes can apply for the elderly parent support special supply), and only one home per household can be applied for. According to the “Housing Supply Regulations” enacted on March 25, couples can apply for overlapping subscriptions for homes with the same announcement date, and families with two children can apply for the ‘multi-child family’ special supply subscription. For newlyweds and first-time homebuyers, the spouse’s prior special supply winning history before marriage is excluded.
Regarding subscription qualifications, applicants must have held a subscription savings account (subscription deposit, subscription installment savings, comprehensive housing subscription savings) for 6 months (for institution recommendation, multi-child families, newlyweds) or 12 months (for first-time homebuyers, elderly parent support) and meet the deposit criteria by region and area. Since qualification requirements vary by special supply type, it is necessary to check the resident recruitment announcement before applying.
Additionally, the project boasts an excellent location. It faces the Hang-dong District in Seoul, allowing residents to enjoy various living infrastructures of both Hang-dong District and Bucheon’s original downtown. In particular, Yangji Elementary School is located directly opposite the complex, ensuring safe commuting for children, and the academies in Hang-dong and Ok-gil Districts are easily accessible.
The pleasant residential environment is also a strength. In addition to a planned neighborhood park in front of the complex, the 200,000㎡ green arboretum, Seoul’s first public arboretum, and Goean Sports Park are within walking distance. Subscription eligibility is granted to non-homeowners and household heads or members with one home who have resided in Bucheon or the metropolitan area for over one year with a subscription savings account and meet the deposit criteria by region and area. Since the price ceiling system applies, the sale price is also reasonable.
A sales official stated, “Since it borders Seoul and is effectively within the Seoul living area, with easy access to business areas like G-Valley and Yeouido, nearly half of the visitors to the model house are residents of Seoul and nearby areas such as Gwangmyeong.” He added, “Especially as small new apartments in Seoul’s Guro and Gwangmyeong are priced around 800 to 900 million KRW, the relatively affordable sale price is attracting high interest from outsiders.”
The model house is located in Sang-dong, Bucheon-si, Gyeonggi-do (within the Bucheon Video Culture Complex), and move-in is scheduled for January 2027.
