RSquare announced on the 4th that it will hold the 'Vietnam Industrial Real Estate Fair' at COEX in Gangnam-gu, Seoul on the 29th. The event is co-hosted by Vietnam Singapore Industrial Park (VSIP), Vietnam Industrial Real Estate Association (VIREA), and Shinhan Bank Vietnam.
About 100 attendees, including the Embassy of Vietnam in Korea and domestic companies planning to invest in Vietnam, are expected to participate. RSquare plans to secure potential Vietnamese investment companies through this event.
VSIP will present on Vietnam's trade and investment environment and the Vietnamese real estate investment market. Afterwards, RSquare will introduce the current status of the commercial real estate markets in both countries. Individual investment consultation sessions will also be provided.
The main organizer, VSIP, is the largest Vietnam-Singapore joint venture industrial park development company in Vietnam, established in 1996. VIREA is a subsidiary organization of the Vietnam Real Estate Association authorized by the Ministry of Home Affairs of Vietnam.
An RSquare official said, "We are pleased to host an industrial real estate-related event in Korea, the largest investor in Vietnam," adding, "Based on our consulting capabilities, we will become a solid bridgehead for Korean companies entering the Vietnamese market."
