Goyang-si Conducts 'Cheongbaek-e System User Training'

Inspection of Administrative Errors and Corruption Among Public Officials... Enhancing 'Administrative Transparency'

Goyang City has been conducting 'Cheongbaek-e System User Training' for its employees since the 2nd.

Goyang Special City in Gyeonggi Province (Mayor Lee Dong-hwan) announced on the 4th that it conducted user training for employees on the Cheongbaek-e system on the 2nd.

The Cheongbaek-e system is one of the autonomous internal control systems that interconnects four local administrative information systems?local finance, local taxes, non-tax revenue, and Saeol administration?to continuously monitor and notify responsible personnel, managers, and auditors of errors such as corruption or administrative mistakes, thereby preventing them.

This training was conducted for Cheongbaek-e system officers by inviting instructors from the Cheongbaek-e system operation support team.

The training proceeded with education on the main monitoring types and handling methods of prevention programs for each of the four fields, followed by a Q&A session about the system. It was practice-oriented so that program users could learn the main functions and detailed usage of the Cheongbaek-e system, enhancing employees' understanding of the system.

The city stated that it plans to conduct user training for the Cheongbaek-e system at least once a year in the future to prevent administrative errors and corruption.
