The morning low temperatures are forecasted to be between 7 and 15 degrees Celsius, and the daytime highs between 21 and 27 degrees Celsius. It will be chilly with morning temperatures below 10 degrees Celsius mainly inland, and most regions nationwide will experience a temperature difference of more than 10 degrees Celsius between day and night. Some areas in northeastern Gyeonggi, inland and mountainous areas of Gangwon will have frost with temperatures below 5 degrees Celsius, so caution is needed for crop management.

In Gangwon Yeongdong and the eastern Gyeongsang region, rain that fell the previous day will continue in some places until early dawn on the 4th. Expected precipitation amounts are 10 to 40 mm in central and southern Gangwon Yeongdong, 5 to 20 mm in southern Gangwon Yeongseo and northern Gangwon Yeongdong, and less than 5 mm in central and northern Gangwon Yeongseo. During the same period, Busan, Ulsan, Gyeongnam, the southern east coast of Gyeongbuk, Ulleungdo, and Dokdo will receive 5 to 30 mm of rain, while Daegu and Gyeongbuk excluding the southern east coast will have 5 to 10 mm of rain.

Fine dust levels will be 'Good' nationwide due to smooth atmospheric dispersion. From dawn to morning, dense fog with visibility below 200 meters is expected in inland southeastern Gyeonggi, southern inland Gangwon, inland Chungcheong, and inland Jeolla regions, so special attention to traffic safety is required.

Sea waves will be 1.0 to 3.5 meters in the East Sea nearshore, 0.5 to 1.5 meters in the West Sea nearshore, and 0.5 to 3.5 meters in the South Sea nearshore. In the offshore seas (about 200 km from the coastline), wave heights are predicted to be 1.0 to 4.0 meters in the East Sea, 0.5 to 2.5 meters in the West Sea, and 1.5 to 4.0 meters in the South Sea.

Strong winds with gusts around 55 km/h are expected along the Gyeongsang coastal areas, the southern coast of Jeollanam-do, and Jeju Island, so caution is advised for facility management and safety accidents.
