Additionally, when citizens make calls to Bucheon City's administrative phone numbers using Android-based smartphones with apps such as the 'Visible ARS Service Sharing' installed, promotional videos about city administration are shown during the call waiting time, providing information on various policies, festivals, and events.

A Bucheon City official stated, "The Smart Lettering Service will play a significant role in enhancing the convenience for civil petitioners and improving the credibility of administrative agencies," adding, "We will continue to offer various services to increase citizen satisfaction."
