Han Dong-hoon, leader of the People Power Party, stated, "The auditor of a government-invested financial institution is said to have directly communicated with a left-wing YouTuber and instructed them to attack me by any means," adding, "It is embarrassing and pathetic to think about how the public and party members will perceive this."

On the morning of the 1st, Han shared this information via Facebook. Although he did not mention the auditor's name, his remarks are analyzed to be aimed at Kim Dae-nam, former senior administrative officer of the Presidential Office, whose recording was recently released by the YouTube channel 'Seoul's Voice.' Kim, the former senior administrative officer, currently serves as a full-time auditor at Seoul Guarantee Insurance. The 'left-wing YouTuber' Han referred to appears to be Seoul's Voice.

According to the recording released by Seoul's Voice, Kim, in a call with the YouTube channel ahead of the People Power Party leadership election in July, said, "Kim Geon-hee is trying to die because of Han Dong-hoon (then candidate)," and added, "If we plan well and attack (candidate Han), Geon-hee will be pleased."

Regarding this, Kim Jong-hyuk, a Supreme Council member affiliated with the 'Pro-Han (Pro-Han Dong-hoon) faction,' strongly criticized, saying, "It makes one click their tongue wondering if there is any sense of security and discipline in the Presidential Office," and called it "the reality of political corruption and covert politics, a collusion that transcends left and right." He continued, "I knew there were various attempts to destroy Han Dong-hoon during the last primary," but added, "However, I never imagined that left-wing media would be mobilized as well."

Kim also indirectly criticized Kim Dae-nam's appointment as a full-time auditor at Seoul Guarantee Insurance in early August, saying, "Like in movies and novels, the perpetrators of covert politics received rewards."
