Yangju Mayor Kang Su-hyun Visits Songsan, a Leading Company in Healthy Food Culture

Yang Soo-hyun, Mayor of Yangju City, is visiting Songsan Co., Ltd. located in Jangheung-myeon within the jurisdiction to tour the manufacturing facilities.

On the 30th, Kang Su-hyun, mayor of Yangju City, visited Songsan Co., Ltd. (CEO Hong Guk-yeol) located in Jangheung-myeon within the jurisdiction to tour the manufacturing facilities and listen to on-site opinions.

Songsan Co., Ltd. is the nation's top jangjorim manufacturer, specializing in producing various braised dishes, side dishes, and meal kits.

At the meeting, CEO Hong Guk-yeol said, "We request support for changing the land use zone to expand the manufacturing facilities and for expanding the access road to facilitate smooth logistics operations," adding, "We will strive harder to create local employment through the expansion of manufacturing facilities."

Mayor Kang Su-hyun stated, "After visiting the site, I found that both the land use zone change and access road expansion are not easy issues to resolve, but we will actively seek solutions through review with the relevant departments," and added, "I ask that you continue to contribute to the development of the local economy and job creation."

Meanwhile, since 2023, Mayor Kang has been continuing a communication administration by visiting local companies on-site every month to directly listen to their voices and find solutions.
