Doosan Construction announced on the 30th that it will publicly recruit new employees for the second half of 2024.
The recruitment fields include architectural construction, mechanical construction, electrical construction, civil engineering, landscaping, safety, sales, finance, and management support. The number of hires will be increased compared to the average in line with the company's recent growth.
The qualifications require candidates to have a bachelor's degree or higher from a four-year university (including those expected to graduate in February 2025), meet language proficiency standards, have completed or been exempted from military service, and have no disqualifications for overseas travel. In addition to the major and qualification requirements for the recruitment fields, candidates with equivalent expertise may also apply, but only the safety field requires related certifications.
Successful candidates will be selected through document screening, aptitude and personality tests, and first and second interviews. The expected date of joining is the end of December this year. Meanwhile, Doosan Construction, which will celebrate its 65th anniversary next year, owns the representative brand "We've" and the premium residential brand "We’ve the zenith." It is also the lead company for the Shinbundang Line, the first privately proposed railway project in Korea, and has carried out the entire process of the project. After completion, the Shinbundang Line is operated through its subsidiary, Neotrans. In the first half of this year, it recorded sales and order performance of 1 trillion won simultaneously for the first time in 10 years.
