Hanmi Global's real estate development subsidiary, Hanmi Global D&I, has closed the non-designated subscription for 'Cheonho Station Maestro' in Gangdong-gu, Seoul, with an average competition rate of 45.92 to 1.
According to the Korea Real Estate Board's subscription homepage on the 30th, a total of 1,745 applications were received for 38 units during the non-designated subscription for Cheonho Station Maestro held from the 25th to the 26th. Among them, the 55㎡F unit, which had only one unit allocated, received 342 applications, recording the highest competition rate of 342 to 1.
The complex will be developed on 334-2 Cheonho-dong, Gangdong-gu, consisting of two buildings with 12 floors above ground, totaling 77 units with exclusive areas ranging from 30 to 55㎡. It is within walking distance of Cheonho Station, a transfer station for subway lines 5 and 8, offering excellent access to Gangnam. Olympic-ro and Cheonho-daero are adjacent, and Olympic-daero is nearby, providing an excellent wide-area road transportation network. Convenience facilities include large shopping centers such as Hyundai Department Store, E-Mart, and 2001 Outlet, as well as Gangdong Sacred Heart Hospital, Lotte Cinema, and Cheonho-dong Rodeo Street. Abundant green spaces such as the Han River, Gwangnaru Hangang Park, Cheonho Park, and Pungnap Neighborhood Park are also accessible on foot.
