VQ AI, an AI data integration platform service company, announced on the 30th that it has started selling a new product, the ‘Expert Knowledge Question and Answer (QA) Dataset,’ as part of its generative AI data platform service RDPLINE (Real-time Data PipeLine).
The newly launched product is a dataset for generative AI training and enhancement. It was created based on highly accurate answers provided by approximately 9,500 experts active in the social Q&A community ‘Aha.’
VQ AI recently signed a data supply contract with ‘Aha & Company,’ successfully securing large-scale, high-quality expert knowledge datasets across various fields. Aha & Company operates a system where only experts holding certifications in the relevant fields can provide answers, ensuring high accuracy and credibility of the responses.
The new QA dataset product is categorized into 18 areas: △Law △Taxation and Tax Affairs △Human Resources and Labor △Medical △Pharmacy △Pets △Dentistry △Korean Medicine △Trade △Insurance △Financial Planning △Science △Real Estate △Traffic Accidents △Nutrition and Diet △Childcare and Children △Economics and Finance △Humanities and Arts.
As of the sales date, the cumulative QA dataset size reaches approximately 3.5 million cases, and with more than 5,000 expert answers being continuously generated daily on ‘Aha,’ the available dataset size is expected to increase further. Additionally, Aha & Company has secured commercial usage rights for the answers, allowing safe use of the data without legal issues, which is another advantage.
Both companies especially expect strong interest in this new product from the financial and legal sectors. This is because related industries have recently been actively attempting to enhance services and develop new products using AI technology. In fact, the financial industry is expanding the adoption of ‘AI Contact Centers (AICC)’ combined with AI technology, and the legal consultation platform industry is also actively developing various services utilizing AI technology.
A VQ AI representative stated, “Because Aha & Company completed the optimization of raw data in advance to prepare for the rapid growth of the AI industry, quick product development was possible,” and added, “Since the new product is provided based on RDPLINE, which holds numerous supply references from large corporations, clients can use the service quickly at a reasonable price.”
