At a regular press briefing on the same day, Woo Jong-su, head of the National Investigation Headquarters of the National Police Agency, stated, “We are investigating those who created and distributed the medical blacklist,” and emphasized, “We will conduct a strict investigation according to laws and procedures regarding the harassment of returning residents.”
